1. RP Sanjeev Goenka Group (Apr 2005 till now)
A) Spencer’s Retail Ltd (group company of RPSGG) AGM - Corporate TA and TM (Oct 12 - Till now)
• Designing/ Modifying and implementing National TA policy and Induction process across levels for pan India for 3+ years.
• Planning and managing Management Trainee processes every year for Ivy League colleges for lateral hiring, and other business schools for entry level hiring.
• Creation and modification of functional and behavioral Job Description for managerial levels
• Identify and develop critical talent in the organization to ensure a strong pipeline of managerial talent to meet future business objectives
• Design, develop and deliver organizational development interventions which are aimed at senior managers.
• Assisting Au Bon Pain (www.aubobpain.com) team in the recruitment of senior managers, training and managing HR function. This is a national chain of 35 cafés with 1000 employees.
B) Open Media Network Pvt. Ltd (group company of RPSGG) Head HR and Administration (Apr’09- Jul 11)-
• Designing JDs, setting up KRAs, Recruitment & Selection, Manpower Planning & Recruitment Budgeting, Induction
• Standardized the process of performance appraisal minimizing the element of subjectivity. Clearly spelled out the methodology of Employee Grievance handling and Disciplinary matters.
• Handling performance management/performance appraisal exercises and administration of performance-linked remuneration policies. Managing Appraisal process across the levels.
C) Spencer’s Retail Ltd (group company of RPSGG) Zonal Head HR North & West (Apr’05- Mar’09)-
• Planned and established the entire new organization in North India
• Built entirely new teams at Gujarat and some part of Maharashtra
• Successfully assisted the merger of South Zone with West Zone resulting in huge cost savings
• Handled the recession-related activities (closure of stores, scrapping of the establishments, handling employee grievances those who lost their jobs)
• Received appreciation, reward and promotion every year since 2005 in Spencer’s retail limited,
• Handled large workforce (@3000 pax) spread over 5 states, more than 15 cities and more than 100 stores.
