• Working in Drake & Scull Construction, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia as Cost Control -Commercial. from February 2014 to till date.
-For four months worked at Al Khobar at Dammam Techno Project(KFUPM) and coordinated in Preparation of 4 Bids in Eastern Area.
- From June 2014 working at al Rajhi Bank Project, Riyadh and looking after Variation orders, Prolongation cost claims among other things.
Lodged about 50 million Variation orders & about 61 million prolongation claims so far.
Al warqa Survey Engineering from 2012 to 2014 as Finance Manager . Roles played
1) Led a team of Accountant, account assistants of five for Monitoring the accounts, Receivables, Payables & Salary Disbursals
2) Budgeting & Finance Planning for ongoing & future projects
3) Monitoring Payroll including WPS system
4) Liaising with banks
5) Preparing Financial reports as required by the management.
6) Monitoring the Finalization of Accounts & coordinating in Annual Financial Audit
7) Maintenance of Gratuity
8) Brought financial turnaround from losses to profit making in just one year
• Twenty four (24) years of experience in Banking Sector - 21 years as Branch Manager and 3 years as Manager (Planning & Development) from November 1985 - May 2009.
As Manager (Planning & Development) from 1991 - 1994. Handled the areas of branch budgeting, budget allocations, branch expansions, Staff Recruitment Planning and Arrangements viz. conducting exams/interviews, preparation etc.
Other roles played:
1) Branch administration, handling the loan portfolio, Deposit mobilization, Risk Management.
2) Coordinated the Financial inclusion Programs through SHGs (Micro Finance).
3) Lengthy Experience in Credit Lending & recoveries there of.
4) Preparing Annual Action Plans & preparing Annual Reports.
While in service in Bank, I had undertaken the MBA and completed it successfully which helped me in Career development.
