Handling the correspondence (English, French, Arabic) on behalf of the GM, handling the GM travel arrangements and calendar management, producing contracts, reports, letters, presentations, memos and documents, liaising with the lawyers on corporate documents and legal matters, liaising with the headquarters abroad on all documents requiring approval and signature, liaising with the clients, lawyers, suppliers and departments’ staff on all matters, organizing, attending meetings and drafting minutes of meeting, devising and maintaining filing systems, dealing with e-mail / couriers, preparing replies or referring them to the appropriate department, purchasing office supplies, managing office expenses, following-up on maintenance agreements and matters, registering employees in seminars and workshops, handling HR matters on the HR software (employment contracts, employees’ monthly / yearly vacations, absences, renewal of annual vacations), working on the Loan Management System (financial software) to issue clearance papers, certificates and permits for the clients, sending confirmation letters for year-end audit to the clients, banks, lawyers and headquarters
