Implementation (End to End) of PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll with Localization for UAE, KSA, Qatar, Kuwait and Oman.

Currently working as SAP HCM Functional Consultant (Lead) and Solution Architect role in Green Field Implementation project involving 6 GCC Countries (4 Companies) leading a team of 3 members

 Responsible for planning and executing all activities and deliverables in HCM, modules throughout the various phases of the project: project preparation, blueprint, realization, final preparation and go-live.

 Also created ASIS documentation with process and policy documentations.

 Conducted L1 to L3 trainings for Core Team Members and Key users.

 Conducted Blue Print workshops on PA, OM, Time Management and Payroll Modules.

 Responsible for Configuration and Unit Testing of PA, OM, Time Management and Payroll Modules.

 Responsible for Preparation of Project Plan including Master Data and Cut Over Strategy.
