 To successfully manage a high volume, Lean manufacturing operation on a day to day basis.
 Proactively lead the manufacturing team, with a strong focus on People development.
 Employee selection and training, administrative tasks, PMP, HSE and IMS compliance.
 Facility preparation and maintenance, equipment and fixtures management, manage CAPEX, standard development.
 Guides the project/program management role (definition of schedule, budget, risk, change, opportunity and resource allocation management) for very complex projects or programs.
 Successfully defines work flows, jobs, and reporting relationships to obtain optimum effectiveness.
 Develops and manages departmental budgets and/or business plans for a small to mid-size department or business unit.
 Typical responsibility for innovation is to continuously enhance or improve existing policies, products, and methods. Identifies resource needs and develops justification. Troubleshoots and resolves very complex problems.
 Recommends/ determines organizational structures and supervisory relationships for own segment of company. Responsible for overall success of function or project.
 To achieve customer service targets in unit.
 To achieve safety standards in unit.
 To achieve quality standards in unit.
 To manage employee relations to ensure high engagement levels in unit.
 Lead Factory improvement programs leveraging and best practice approaches by identifying new safety techniques, quality initiatives and cost saving and development opportunities to improve factory performance.
 Implement HR policies and procedures Support implementation of innovation within the factory and deliver to agreed ramp up plans.
 To continually improve manufacturing processes yields and performance through the development of people, systems and the effective utilization of capital investment.
 Build and develop relationships at all levels across the manufacturing function in order to spark ideas for continuous improvement
 Responsible for creating and driving performance culture within the manufacturing environment
 One of the key drivers of World Class Manufacturing (WCM).
 Reporting Staff:(Direct Reporting; Managers -9, Indirect Reporting; Engineers- 6, DAE-16, Workers- 450)

Achievements:

 Successfully implemented Single shift operations in whole Factory with same output from double shifts.
 Increase in Productivity of Washing Machine upto 30%.
 Increase Productivity of Refrigerators from 50/hr to 90/hr.
 Implement bar code tracking system for traceability.
 Implement Job tracking form initial point to end including auto job release etc.
 Fabrication, installation & Commissioning of conveyors, transferring devices, upending & lowering devices under the supervision of Foreigners to make fully automatic working in one department.

 Got promoted to Manager in Quality Control Department in big plant.
 Visited China to work on Floor standing AC.
 Achieved highest daily production of Split AC in single shift.
 Reduced manpower at microwave Assy line by 10 with increased productivity by Line balancing technique and by transferring sub-assemblies to main line.

 Worked as Incharge of Assembly line in Chest Freezer section. Main responsibilities were to run assembly line with more balanced wrt work load to each station along with Productivity enhancement.
 Worked for line balancing to calculate CT for each station and then compared it with study of MOST.
 Assy line balanced as per MOST study and nos of manpower reduced.
 Developed Skill Matrix for assy line.

Achievements:

 Got Promoted upto 3 grades ahead.
 Scope of work & responsibilities had increased from Chest freezer to Split AC and Microwave ovens as well.
 Achieved highest ever packing of chest freezers in one shift (410).

 Responsibilities were to manage production output, rework & scrap reduction.

 Promoted to Assistant Manager in very least time comparatively.
