 Successfully implemented Single shift operations in whole Factory with same output from double shifts.
 Increase in Productivity of Washing Machine upto 30%.
 Increase Productivity of Refrigerators from 50/hr to 90/hr.
 Implement bar code tracking system for traceability.
 Implement Job tracking form initial point to end including auto job release etc.
 Fabrication, installation & Commissioning of conveyors, transferring devices, upending & lowering devices under the supervision of Foreigners to make fully automatic working in one department.

 Worked for line balancing to calculate CT for each station and then compared it with study of MOST.
 Assy line balanced as per MOST study and nos of manpower reduced.
 Developed Skill Matrix for assy line.

 Got Promoted upto 3 grades ahead.
 Scope of work & responsibilities had increased from Chest freezer to Split AC and Microwave ovens as well.
 Achieved highest ever packing of chest freezers in one shift (410).
