Key responsibilities- Trainee Quality Controller
➢ Conducts in-line inspection of Production Process from raw material receiving, cooking,
forming, packaging, palletizing, storage and dispatch based on quality control plan.
➢ Performs physical & chemical analysis of randomly collected raw materials, finished &
semi-finished products and water.
➢ Performs microbiological analysis of randomly collected raw materials, semi-finished &
finished products and water.
➢ Conducts and perform calibration and verification for laboratory equipment, weighing
scales Inspect the sanitation activities in the plant as per the planned master sanitation
schedule and submit the report of all findings after every sanitation practice.
➢ Supervision of the pest control management system to verify that the pest control
program is effective.
➢ Updating all documents related to the ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System.
➢ Participates in the ISO 22000 FSMS external audit and factory internal audit.
➢ Verification of personal hygiene of employees, plant hygiene and verification of GMP.
➢ To manage pest control service along with pest control team.
➢ Co-ordinate with various departments in taking corrective actions against 3rd
party audits.
➢ To verify all the GMP, personal hygiene of employees
➢ Panel checking of finished product along with panelists.

➢ Worked on & successfully implemented International Featured Standards for Food-
Issue 6 in Biscuit & Confectionery manufacturing Plants.
➢ GAP audit of Food Safety Management System against IFS Food Issue 6
➢ Creating food safety policy & departmental objectives
➢ Creating Specifications for all raw materials, packaging materials & finished products.
➢ Creating documented Standard operating procedures, PRPs along with food safety team
leader.
➢ Controlling all the food safety related documents & records with unique control number &
maintaining a master list.
➢ Complete HACCP study for Biscuit & Confectionery plants-
✓ Designing Process flow charts for Both plants
✓ Hazard analysis for each process step, raw materials.
