 Customer service including daily discussion with patient service & home delivery service.
 Staff training and new circulars updating.
 Insurance companies follow up and customer service.

 Maintaining prescription flow and record of controlled medications.
 Schedule meeting and preparing agenda including insurance companies follow up.
 Handling Pharmacy College Students, researchers and supervisors of a routine nature.

 Pharmacy owner and managing director maintaining all important documents.
 Responsible for quotations and ensuring that the quality of work carried out.
 Attending complaints and enquiries on phone / walk in customers.
