• Ensure that an accurate and timely payroll is produced every month as per schedule.
• Provide comprehensive support in relation to salary administration and recruitment administration.
• Plan and manage processes to provide all employees identification requirements (ID, Medical Health Cards) in a timely manner.
• Under the guidance of HR-JV, administrate the PM Review process in accordance with company standards.
• Manage and control the safe keeping and movement of Employee Personal Files ensuring that all important information of staff are recorded and retrieved only by authorized personnel.
• Ensure that team members understand HR policies by effectively communicating and explaining the policies.
• Plan & organize the process of new employee joining ensuring the joining activities are completed within the shortest time span.
• Manage employee data base for all time correct data. Plan and manage a process to capture and rectify errors and mismatches to upkeep the database at the highest quality company-wide.
• Conduct HR briefings in relation to the company procedures & policies to staff on their joining the Company. This also includes responding diplomatically to staff queries on general policies and advise them on where this information is available.
• Respond & communicate effectively to queries from the Line Managers & staff with regards to Employment regulations, policies and procedures.
• Any additional responsibilities assigned by management from time to time
• Preparation of Organization chart.
• Coordinate with PR department for all the labour approvals and visa process of the selected candidates and follow up with the selected candidates.
• Handle Medical Insurance for all staff in the company.
• Prepare other Private & Confidential letters.
