• Maintain an effective admin coordination process to ensure that the department activities run smoothly.
• Coordinate with the suppliers and event department members, ensuring all supplies are secured on time for AV related projects.
• Coordinate all costing and quotation related activities.
• Prepare invoices & LPOs, and liaise with the Accounts Department for timely payments.
• Assist the team with the creation presentations for client briefs and proposals.
-Responsible for supporting the company operations by maintaining the office systems and supervising staff and assigning and monitoring the clerical functions.
- Designing, planning and implementing the internal and external events according to the company strategy.
-Delivering the planned events on time and within the given budget.
-Responsible for handling and maintaining the inquires from both, clients and sales team and cooperating with the designers and engineers team, reviewing proposals and setting appointments. Attendance to meetings and performing site visits as per customer’s requirements.
-Preparing the quotations with regards to the technical and commercial aspects of the inquiries.
-Preparing and coordinating the tenders under the supervision of the engineering department.
- Responsible for managing and delivering annual projects, events and competitions within their project timeline and customer expectation.
-Planning and Budgeting of each event.
-Supervising, directing and motivating teams of multi-discipline contractors and employees.
- Evaluating potential sponsors and managing relationships with them.
