▪ Streamlined the inventory in our local warehouse.
▪ Measure product availability to reduce items on back-order and manage inventory control defining priorities and report and review slow moving ones.
▪ Oversee demand for all products to make sure there is replenishment on hand to be imported to Egypt.
▪ Prepare required supply plan with respect to stock level to ensure replenishments are arriving timely and in good order according to forecasting.
▪ Monitor forecasts vs Demand & Manufacturing sites to cover market’s needs.
▪ Direct the In-transit shipments documents and aligned with Regulatory Team for all products certificate’s availability & registration license till they are presented to the MOH approval.
▪ Follow up with custom clearance process and set an appointment for shipment inspection till the shipments are released and in a sellable condition at the warehouse.
▪ Enhance Supply Chain Universal Product Number to prevent any phasing down items, empowering only the maturing ones.
▪ Recall all products on hold or defected from the market to re-export them & take the corrective actions.
▪ Analyze the Stock quality in the Warehouse and develop scrapping process for obsolete, returned and on-hold stocks on regular bases.
▪ Execute customer orders and claims into SAP, coordinate back order release, issue credits notes to
customers, returns goods for credit.
▪ Identifies quality assurance complaints, monitor daily incoming sales orders, analyze and resolve order
issues, processing product returns and resolving price discrepancies.
▪ Direct the logistics process related to ordering and processes implemented in warehouse and assure
outstanding quality of service delivered to customers.
▪ Align with the Warehouse to ensure that the customers' special manufacturing requests are recorded
and delivered in time.
▪ Liaise with Supply Chain Planner inventory levels to ensure the appropriate stock.
▪ Approve allocation of stock in short supply, special price quotations and bids, pricing allowances,
deductions and adjustments.
▪ Take ownership of unresolved cases and follow-up with appropriate department to resolve and
escalate customer issues and concerns to insure customer satisfaction internally & externally.
▪ Collect products to be re-exported for repairing as per our agreement with the customer and report all
complaints in a timely manner.
▪ Monitor and enforce all standards and compliance regulations in the Medtronic Business Conduct
Standards.
▪ Raising POs for all events suppliers, Negotiating prices with the suppliers.
▪ Screening the expert profile before preparing the contract according to their Fair market value.
▪ Supervise event registration, surgical operation and overall coordination of logistics.
▪ Take a leadership role on site selection for programs - recommended best venue and location based
on objectives of the program, location analysis, business conduct standards, etc.
▪ Prepare cost analyses for programs and make recommendations for cost savings and efficiencies.
▪ Accurate monthly reporting on budget and activities to the Clinical Education Managers.
▪ Prepare administer and summarize program evaluations and reconcile program invoices.
