1- Open deals with new clients and get new projects.
2- Full follow up with the clients I get and PCA clients we have before

7- Follow up and edit Quotations for all the projects I got to my company
8- Follow up with each agreement I got with another companies (legal advice from the low department)
9- Arrange meetings with our new clients and sister companies.
8- Continue and chase exhibitions (Local-international one)
9- Register our company in the suited exhibitions and attend them.
10- Build PCA website and manage it (follow up with the website company, get a training to manage it always) update the website always
11- Create social media accounts (FB, LinkedIn, and Instagrame) follow up and update them continually.

1-Build and update HR system at PCA Company for example (hiring templates for employees)
2-Set contracts for new employees
3-Follow up with employee’s (absences reasons, Sick leaves…EXC)
4-Hiring process
5-Vacations process (Tickets, Date)
6-Training needs (see the ability to do trainings for our employees) chase the free training to build up and update our team knowledge
7-Create motivation system to develop our team
8-Maintain and develop working environment among employees to give productive results
9-Follow up with insurance issues
Resources; share responsibilities between me and my operation manager
Project Filling; share responsibilities between me and the operation manager, and create a suitable filling system

1- Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objective
2- Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success
3- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
4- Be in charge of hiring personnel (DJs, waiters etc.)
5- Coordinate all operations
6- Lead promotional activities for the event
7- Supervise all staff (event coordinators, caterers etc.)
8- Approve all aspects before the day of the event
9- Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
