Accountant Responsibilities:
• Preparation & Maintain Payroll sheet on monthly basis
• Monitoring & follow up for customer accounts
• Monitoring suppliers accounts
• Preparation of Invoice, Purchase invoice and Delivery notes
• Encoding and computation of project expenses including labour, engineer expenses and overheads.
• Updates vehicle maintenance history and fuel expenses.
• Updates and maintain employee details and visa renewals.
Secretary/ Document Control/ Receptionist
• Assists Site Engineers
• Prepares time card and daily schedule
• Prepares materials submittal and O&M for site projects
• Facilitates Filing/Manage Documents/Project Document filing
• Manage office correspondence - secretarial works (i.e. incoming-outgoing communication with the Client/Main Contractor and suppliers, etc.).
• Assist in procurement works (requesting quotation)
• Manages overall office needs
