Pre-commissioning & Commissioning activities of rotating equipment (centrifugal & reciprocating compressors, pumps, turbines) as follow:
- motor preparation for solo motor run in (free rotation by hands, greasing, etc)
- execution of solo motor run in according to project standards and manufacturer instructions (vibration checks, temperature checks, noise checks etc)
- final alignment execution (piping/pumps loose and tightened and motor/pumps)
- installation of coupling spacers and coupling guards
- mechanical seal system oil flushing;
- mechanical seal system oil pressurization and put into service ready for machine start up
- test run of the pumps
- preparation of reciprocating compressors (DRESSER RAND) for the no load run test: lube oil flushing, cooling water console cleaning and put into service, etc.
- no load run test of reciprocating compressors;
- preparation of centrifugal compressors (ELLIOTT EBARA) for the start up: auxiliary cleaning, dry gas seal pressurization, lube oil flushing, etc.
- final alignment of centrifugal compressors, gear box, turbine (ELLIOTT EBARA)
- preparation of turbine test run;
- test run of turbine and compressor;
- preparation of centrifugal pumps (GE-Nuovo Pignone) for the start up: auxiliary cleaning, dry gas seal pressurization, lube oil flushing, etc.
- final alignment of centrifugal pumps, gear box, turbine/Electric Motor (GE-Nuovo Pignone)
- preparation of turbine test run;
- test run of turbine and compressor;
