1. Strategy & Marketing Planning
i. Formulated and got the buy-in from top management for Annual Marketing Strategy and budget for the group.
ii. Planned all Marketing Initiatives, both tactical and strategic, in coordination with respective departments and markets.
2. Brand Management
a. Corporate Identity/Branding:
i. Created a new brand identity for the group and a Brand Manual (CI Guidelines) for its application across various Marketing Communication/Collaterals (including guidelines for office and showroom signages and application on other company assets).
ii. Fully responsible for compliance of Branding Guidelines across Marketing Communication, Joint Communication with Business Partners as well as Marketing Agencies associated with the group.
b. ATL Initiatives
i. Responsible for managing Marcom initiatives for various categories and flagship products. This includes the following:
- Press Ads: Concept development (including KV and Body Copy), Media Selection through agency as per the Marketing Strategy framework.
- Public Relations (PR): Briefed the agency for content development, coordinated with Principals for content alignment as well as opportunities to generate new stories in upcoming products and market developments. Selection and management of media for Press conferences.
c. BTL Initiatives
i. Vehicle branding
ii. Showroom Development: Managed end to end Showroom development including showroom designing/layout. In-store communication design, production. Showroom fabrication through contractors, including civil work, lighting, fixtures and product display. These showrooms were located in Oman & Qatar.
iii. POS Material Development: Concept, design, content and artwork for various POS Material, like brochures, leaflets, catalogues, spec-sheets, etc.
iv. Agency Management: Managed agencies for various Events & Exhibitions, including concept design, production/fabrication and coordination with principals.
v. Promotional Material: Developed promotional materials with company branding for various occasions, like events, seminars, exhibitions, showroom opening, New Year corporate gifts, etc.
3. Digital/Inbound Marketing

a. Formulated and developed the strategy, budget and process for SEO, SEM/PPC and executed the plan for effective SEO, SEM/PPC.
