- Managing the construction works at pearl compound.
- Following all the construction details in daily base.
- Generating & following up the project time schedule

- Managing the shop drawings & A/E coordination
- Following-up materials approval and supply
- Managing Contracts& manpower and subcontract work
- Controlling cost and change management
- Representing the main contractor & attend meetings with the consultant and owner
- Managing the handover and project signing off process

- Managing 4 key projects in east province Abdulla Fouad Tower, AL-Jabr residential complex, Saudi
France Bank head office, Al Mutlaq City Plaza Mall
- Generating & following up the project time schedule
