Manpower planning/staffing (based on projects in pipeline, deciding future resourcing plans in consultation with the department heads).
Sourcing the best talent ( Technical and Non-Technical) from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements ( job portals/Job Consultants/Employee Referrals/Database)
Screening resumes, evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
Scheduling and organizing Interviews by coordinating with departments.
Conducting HR Interviews and ensure all forms are in place( ISO Standards)

Maintaining a track on all recruitment process and submitting reports to manager whenever required.
Managing Induction activities, ensure fulfilment of joining formalities of the employees.
Ensuring the arrangement of infrastructure to be provided prior to the joining.
Formal introduction of key members to the new hire
Ensure the formal review of probationer evaluation and maintain documents in file.
Responsible for timely completion of performance appraisal process of all employees in the organization in coordination with the respective departments.
Initiation of appraisal form and follow up for the timely receipts of the same.
Supporting HR manager in preparing appraisal scale in accordance to the budget.
Involved in handling promotion, transfer, annual salary revision and ensure the documentation in accordance with the ISO Standards.
Co-ordination and conducting disagreement process.
Giving effect to post appraisal ( promotion report, Promotion letters)
Ensure timely renewal of all employee related policies in consultation with the Management.
Enrollment of new employee in the medical insurance policies provided by the company and settlement of claims as and when required.
Deletion of member from the policy and check approve the payment in line with the contract.
Coordination with bank representatives for opening bank account for new joiners.
Preparation of salary certificates, salary transfer letters, NOC and various letters as per the request of employees.
Ensure prompt resolution of employee grievance to maintain cordial management employee relations and achieve dedication by employee
Personal File Management and ensure completion of forms according to ISO standards.
Custodian of employee passport.
Handling performance and disciplinary issues and counseling the employees accordingly.
Conducting exit interviews and maintaining exit interview forms.
Preparation of organizational charts and periodic updating.
Representing HR in quarterly meetings.
