Handling a team of technicians to carry out Installations operations & maintenance of Facilities and related equipment’s,
•Prepare and implement PPM schedule in order to attain minimum possible breakdown down time.
•Attending breakdown calls and effective action on repair works.
•Logging of breakdown calls in the ERP system database for status tracking.
•Control of material, stock inventory, spares parts for effective Maintenance.
•Compile detail technical condition Reports and service reports for client.
•On site implementation of EHS rules & guidelines.
•Carry out training program on working on Technical & EHS related Topics.
Key Responsibilities: Installation and commissioning of HVAC systems, BMS system in accordance with relevant industry standards.
• Chillers:
1. Carrier 30 XA Screw Chillers X 4 Nos.
2. Carrier 30GTN chillers X 4 Nos.
3. Carrier 30GT Chillers X Nos.
• DX & Package A/C’s:
1. 50TJ-50LJ Carrier Package A/C’s.
2. 38AK-38AS Multi circuit Carrier Air cooled condensing units.
3. Scroll & Semi hermetic type compressor SKM package A/C’s.
• Air Handling units:
Euro clima, Saiver make AHU’s.
• Fan Coiled units:
MC Quay, Wes per. \[Wall mounted & ceiling mounted\]
• Cold Rooms:
Copeland & Bitzers make cold Rooms.
Direct supervision of technicians and workers to carry out overall operations and maintenance activities.
•Prepare and implement PPM schedule in order to attain minimum possible breakdown down time.
•Attending breakdown calls and effective action on repair works.
•Logging of breakdown calls in the ERP system database for status tracking.
•Control of material, stock inventory, spares parts for effective Maintenance.
•Compile detailed technical and service reports issued to the client following a breakdown calls.
Air Conditioning Cooling Load calculations, Heat Loss calculations
•Designing of Air Distribution System design - Velocity Method, Equal Friction, and Static Regain Method.
•Duct Material Calculations.
•Designing of Residential, Commercial & Kitchen Ventilation systems.
•Calculation of static pressure of Fans, Blowers & Pumps and their selection.
•Chilled water pipe design, Riser design and pump head calculation
•Selection of chilled water pumps and power calculation.
•Selection of Chillers, AHU’S, FCU’S, Fans, Blower and other Accessories.
•Drafting of duct layouts, Plant room details, chiller water piping, riser diagrams, Machine layouts & schematics, drawings for A/C equipment’s and accessories installations.
•Duties primarily include: Detail design engineering of HVAC system viz., Heat-Load calculation, selection of equipment, duct & pipe routing, preparation of shop drawings & specifications. Executing Projects and handing over to customer. Other duties are as stated below
