•Responsible for performing inventory of the whole store which may involve the counting or checking of stocks, reconciling of cash with sales receipt, keeping store transaction records and ordering merchandise and stock when necessary.
•Trained and managed store employees and achieved significant improvements in their productivity through key performance indicators and statistics.
•Greet customers as they arrive at the store / counter and ask them how they would like to be assisted
•Listen to customers’ requirements closely and provide them with information on available products
•Arrange window displays on a regular basis and ensure that all displays are properly locked and secured
specialized and senior level administrative tasks; including research, review and preparation for meetings and responses to inquiries and the overseeing of administrative works
•General administrative support of the organization viz., filing, scanning, support / assistance with meeting / travel arrangements etc.

•Daily interfaces with all levels of personnel determining requirements and mobilizing internal and external resources accordingly
•Coordinated trainings, workshops; coordinates meetings and schedules, and adjusts work plan to meet unscheduled events; organizes/coordinates and attends staff meetings
