Recruitment, Induction & Exit Clearance -Liaising with division heads for devising job descriptions & person specifications for open positions and sourcing candidates as deemed suitable. Coordinate for visa processing, Induction for new employees with particular emphasis on Organisation philosophy, HR policies and procedures. Supervising and handling all employee exit- related matters- calculation of end of service benefits, leave settlements, supervising visa cancellation processes. Conducted exit interviews & reported to Management on feedback .Ensured employee handover was completed in compliance with policies & procedures
Payroll - Checking the attendance of all employees, calculating overtimes & absence, bonus additions, deductions and preparing the payroll and forwarding to the accounts for the salary transfer through WPS.
HR Policies and Procedures - Review and update HR Policies and Procedures. Setting up localized HR policies and procedures were required, but at all times ensure compliance with Company HR procedures and U.A.E. Labor Law. Update employee handbook, HR forms on a periodic basis and ensure that it is published and circulated as mandated.
HR Administration - Update organizational chart & HR forms on a periodic basis and ensure that it is published and circulated as mandated. Maintain and update employee records, both electronically and in hard copy format ensuring accurate data is updated and securely filed
Performance management / appraisal - Manage the employee performance management process and assist manager in effective implementation. Coordinate for completing, filing and archiving probation reviews, annual/midyear performance management reviews, monthly with concerned managers. Assist HR Manager in collating all new job/position for evaluation and grading.

Admin / Marketing :-
Provided administrative support for real estate transactions that includes but not limited to preparation of MOU, Agreements, NOC etc
With a high level of customer service, answer incoming property enquiry calls and collect the necessary information and process their request
Assist in the administration of PROPSPACE (Property Management Software)
Coordinate with the website portals and other online property promotion portals
Provide clerical support to agents during the sales process. This involves photocopying sales documents, scheduling closing dates and securing public information about a property.
Filing documents related to the closure of particular deal either Rental / Sales and making timely reports of the same.
Performing Marketing tasks such as creating advertisements, posting photos and videos of available properties, producing brochures and fliers, scheduling property tours and answering questions about advertised properties
HR Executive Role :-
Acting as the first point of contact for anyone enquiring about a vacancy.
Maintenance of the HR records and systems
Maintain and update staff records like leave administration, new hires, resignation.
Assisting the team in Hiring and Recruitment process which includes searching for prospective candidates in the job portal and conducting telephonic interview and initial interview for screening purpose.
Doing background checks and verifying the references, work experience of the prospective candidates
Preparation of Offer letter according to the requirement
Coordinating with the PRO for Visa purpose
Preparing and maintaining daily attendance register
Preparation of monthly pay roll and salary slips

Check various Tender Search systems on a daily basis and identify any contracts which may be of interest to the Company.
Coordinating in tender / business proposal submission ie make sure it meets all the specific requirements for the submission and that the tenders are submitted ahead of the deadline
