• Ensured effective service:
o Through dealer network for speedy repair/ overhaul of HCVs & accident repair work
o To special application customers like Reliance, Essar, Alok Industries for Mercedes Benz Fire Tenders Vehicle & Industrial Cranes Engines
• Accountable for:
o Interfacing with internal departments along with Hyva, MRF & Exide for resolving technical / warranty issues
o Conducting promotional activities like Service Campaigns, Customer Meets Dealer Development Training Programs, etc. for enhancing sales
o Managing inventories of spare parts and adhering to best inventory procedures to optimise storage conditions
Role:
• Looked after MP regional service operations with a Dealer Team of 2 Asst. Engineers, 3 Staff and 12 Mechanics/ Technicians
• Involved in:
o Ensuring effective services through dealer network for speedy repair/ overhaul of HCVs
o Interacting with Tata Cummins, Rane, Meritor, ZF & OEMs like MICO, Lucas, CD-TVS, UT, etc. for resolving technical / warranty issues
• Functioned as a Profit Centre Head for planning & executing action plans for reducing expenses

• Successfully worked as a founder member to start & improve service network process for Newly Start Company; managed & handled break down service support throughout India, Prepare Demo Vehicles for Marketing team and arranged RTO permits (state wise) & RTO admin activities from Surat. Create Profit Gain Centre.
