• Decides on the room prices, complimentary offers and other factors that affect the room sales without affecting the sales margin
• Responsible for creation of feedbacks against customer queries, complaints and suggestions
• Creates Invoices to support the payment process
• Allocate daily tasks to Reservations staff
• Be fully aware of the booking situations at all times, in order to maximize the hotel sales with the highest possible Average Room Rate.
• To ensure that all room reservation received from all channels, (Telephone, web booking, faxes and e-mails) are entered in the system accordingly.
• Ensure that all reservations are recorded on standard forms attached with the concerned correspondence, and they are filed by arrival date in easily accessible files.
• To ensure that all definite reservations are guaranteed, to minimize the last minute non-guaranteed cancellations.
• To update the hotel data system with updated contracted travel agents and corporate rates.
Responsible for the supervision of the switchboard; ensuring that incoming and outgoing call is handled with the utmost courtesy and promptness.
Provides information such as the operation timing of different outlets, facilities and other services of the hotel.
Check-in/check-out of guests for Dubai Police Report.
To utilize every call into possible sale.
Call all banks in California, U.S.A., and served as a third party between customers and banks regarding their mortgage transactions.
Orders mortgage payoff for the clients.
Encodes the status of their mortgage with the banks
