• Co-ordination and administration of the bid evaluations, negotiation, contracts and procurement approval process.
• Negotiation of prices and other contractual terms with selected supplier / subcontractors.
• Preparation of technical submittal for consultant approval including catalogues, data sheets, specifications, compliance statement, design figures etc.
• Coordination with the Engineer and supplier to obtain final approval.
• Coordination commercial, procurement and contracts matters with financial & contracts department for issuance of letter of intent “LOI”, Contracts and Purchase Orders terms and conditions after material approval.
• Follow up the delivery of materials with suppliers, shipping agents, site staff till delivery and inspection at site.
