request by engineer and customer, opening Technical Assistance on the issue facing on
the configuration of Network and Stock handling
Purchase handling on Local, International and Services request, same time talking with
the vendor for further discount and if vendor 1st time dealing registration process also
handled, the Purchase Request and Service are created from the Software
MANERP(Oracle)
Once PO released, chasing with the vendor on the status of the Order and any Technical
Changes in Quotation will be check with internal Team on it. Same will be updated on the
PO
The Vendor and Product mainly handled (Product--F5, Checkpoint, Infoblox, Veema,
NetApp, Cisco) (Vendor - Star link, Redington, Network Distributor, Mindstec, Hikvison,
Extron, Eaton, Variant, SoftEx, Zoom)
RMA (Product Return and Replacement -CISCO, F5, Checkpoint, Infoblox) open the
Technical case on issue facing on the device and requesting for the replacement and
same return the faulty back to vendor
Taking stock manually and cross checking with system stock and updating accordingly and
tracking out pending Work.
The Project Purchased mainly handled Government Sector like (MOI, Qatar Energy, Qatar
General Electricity & Water Corporation, Qatar Armed Force, ISF Camp, Qatar University,
Ooredoo, Hamad International Airport, Qatar Central Bank) Private sector (Meeza,
Hassanesco, Woqod, Katara, DEBBAS, Civil Aviation Authority)
handling tender submittal, interacting with customer for process the BOQ according to design mentioned by them, placing the order in ordering portal (CISCO), taking care of customer clearance for ordered product, notifying customer once product arrived and same time preparing to deliver the product once customer provide green signal
handling orders, tender submission, logistics clearance, inventory updating, Attend customer complaints and raise issue to CISCO for remedial action, Supervise delivery of items to the concerned customer site, Renewing and updating customer AMC (Annual Maintain Contract)
assembling, troubleshooting and configuration of laptop and desktop, attending customer complaints and visiting the customer site for upgradation of system, Coordinate with Dell regional customer care center for issues which not reparable from our end.
