• Finding out various building projects in the given area, scheduling the visits to the responsible persons and generating enquiries.
• Conducting demonstrations at the sites and help the customers to take the right decisions by giving them proper suggestions and advice while selecting the products.
• Getting the products approved by consultants, clients or the contractors at various projects.
• Providing adequate quotation and regular follow-ups with the clients to win the projects.
• Accept orders from the customers and supply tiles, artificial stones and adhesives accordingly.
• Ensure the timely delivery of the goods.
• To support the stone our fabrication team by taking the site measurements, supervising the installation etc.
• Following up with customers regarding payment receivables.
• Make proper market study and report to the management.
• Brands handled- RAK Ceramics, Roca Tiles- Spain, Silestone- Spain, Laticrete- USA
• Marketing & Sales of specialized cleaning
services & related products to Hotels,
Restaurants, Real Estate, Facility Management,
Food Industries, Individual Residential units &
other relevant industries.
• To secure Annual Maintenance Contracts for
cleaning of AC Duct, Kitchen Extracts, Grease
Traps, Water Tanks and other Fluid Reservoirs.
• To create the awareness among the clients
about the importance of cleaning of their HVAC
Systems, Kitchen extracts, Fungi and mould
remediation & maintaining of Indoor Air Quality.
• Sales of Air Sanitizers, Sterilizers, Biological
Dozing units and promotion of other products
such as pressure washers, scrubber dryers,
vacuum cleaners etc.
• Currently working as a Sales & Marketing Executive for DANWAY EMIRATES L.L.C, Dubai since Feb 2010 till the date.
