Challenged with creating a team from scratch and initiated three 50 story residential towers fit-out work with the latest drywall and ceiling systems. Successfully implemented the value engineering process to catalyze the floor deliveries with superior quality. Championed the project deliveries in two countries (UAE & India) during my tenure. Lead a team of project engineers & QS and general oversight of 100 work operatives. Integrated quality assurance methods, developing guidelines and procedures to improve standards and performance.

Spearheaded three, 50 story residential towers project, Coordinated with international consultants for successful project design and execution. Monitored & tracked projects’ progress and highlighted key issues related to design, execution, approvals. Successfully conducted weekly site visits to augment site execution and avoid any design clashes. Timely response to RFIs & Design queries to maintain the project progress as per the planned program.

Successfully assessed cost implication due to price escalation in raw materials for the project from inception till completion. Integrated the planning and monitoring infra work as per project schedule, catalyze the stakeholder’s coordination. Augmented the floor wise quality of the commercial building before client handover. Evaluated and processed change requests submitted by subcontractors for their final payment.

Integrated quickly into the core design team tasked with critical thinking, designing, decision making, leading, and delivering high profile client’s projects. Championed the project site design, site planning including design of ancillary buildings. Spearheaded tender agreements with clients and managed the client’s relationships. Conducted and lead regular design coordination meetings with clients & consultants. Lead monthly site visits to catalyze the work progress and optimize workmanship at sites.
