4.Project : LOBS Quality Up-Gradation Project
Client : Hindustan Petroleum Corporation limited. Mahul. Mumbai. Maharashtra
Synopsis : The design capacity of the unit is 227, 000 MTPA for Group II base oils and 200, 000 MTPA for Group II& Group III base oils (170, 000 MTPA and 30, 000 MTPA respectively) for 50% turndown and overall stream factor of 91% (334 d/y). Normally unit is designed to produce 21, 000 t/y (38 days) Spindle oil; 38, 000 t/y (53 days) & 7500 t/y (23 days) Group‐II & Group‐III 150N base oil and 113, 000 t/y (160 days) & 20, 500 t/y (60 days) Group‐II & Group‐III 500N base oil.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
In-charge for CRYOGENIC Ethane Tank. Area In-charge(Running Plant Area/ New Plant Area), Infrastructure work which includes Batching Plants, Office, Store, PnM, Cement Godown, Quality Lab, etc. Pipe Rack, Cooling Tower, Control Building, CP Building, Flare Trestle, T Supports and Cable Trench, Misc. Structure foundations/ Pipe Supports, Paving. Maintenance of plant after completion/ Commissioning.
Involved in execution and monitoring of various structures such as; Technological Structure, CBD Pit, Table Top, Heater, Compressor Shelter, U-Ditch Drain, Grade Slab, Boundary Wall, Pre-casting of Beams for all the structures, Equipment Foundations, IPS Flooring, Bituminous Road and Cable Trench in Green Field and Brown Field (Running Plant Area) Support Planning team for preparing monthly invoices. Maintenance of the Plant after completion of project.
Monitor construction execution to ensure compliance with project requirements, plan, budget and agreed functionality.
Review and monitor QA/QC System in order to assure quality of work. Micro level planning, preparing schedule for Monthly, Weekly and Daily work, progress reports and reviewing them with the client and sub-contractor, arranging resources & coordinating to achieve desired target.
Lead internal Project Meetings with the Superintendents, Field Engineer(s) and appropriate sub-contractors to identify the progress affecting issues, finalize the work schedule and implement necessary changes to sort out the progress affecting errors.
Negotiate and finalize sub-contractors.
Monitors project’s productivity progress v/s original budget.
Played lead role in identifying additional revenue opportunities.
Review & check Technical documents such as Specification, BOQ.
Coordinating with engineering department for implementing changes occurred on site.
Monitoring the Monthly, Weekly and Daily Targets.
