To manage all Site activities, site Execution and prepare BOQ

I worked as a Project Engineer in UKB Construction Management Private Limited since three years (2016 - 2018).The main activities in UKB are Construction, MEP and Interior services

Main Responsibilities:

1. Prepare schedule for all works coordinate with contractor and client.
2. Execute the work at site as per working drawings and specifications and schedule agreed by contractor.
3. Prepare Daily and Weekly Progress report and update it to client
4. Monitoring the qualities of work at site.
5. Maintain checklist, pour card for all works before it execute.
6. Check slumpcone test for concrete before pouring and cube test for 7, 14, 28th days.
7. Ensure safety and health procedures are followed at site.
8. Report the daily work activities in whatsapp group.

Major Achievement:

1. I have been completed two projects independently from inception to completion with good quality such as Residential and Industrial buildings which includes interior works like Gypsum board Partitions, Modular kitchens, wardrobes, wooden, Tile, Marble & Granite flooring, Glass door partitions, False ceiling and Sensor Lights & Door installations.

I worked as a Site Engineer during this period of work.

Main Responsibilities :

1) Estimate the material quantities for Concrete, Block work and Plastering.
2) Prepare schedule for Civil Masonry team.
3) Estimate the steel quantities for Roof, Column and Beam.
4) Prepare Bills for all types of vendors on weekly basis.
5) Coordinate with Contractors and Supervisor and to achieve the target.
