1. A project leader spearheading team of Supervisors, Foremen and other field professionals in project planning, conducting day-to-day supervision, quality control, project procurement, certification of contractors bills etc.
2. Expertise in co ordination in between clients, consultant Engineers to analyze users requirement and evolve final work plan taking into consideration the technical aesthetical & functional requirements.
3. Supervising all the Structural & Civil works accordingly ministry specification & approved shop drawings.
4. Preparing and submit the work inspection request (WIR) for structural and concrete works to consultant.
5. Managing the overall project and carrying out site observations.
6. Coordination in interpreting drawings on worksites.
7. Checking compliance of drawings with manufacturers / suppliers instructions.
9. Coordinating / requisition of purchase of project materials and tools.
10. Monitoring of all sub contractors work closely to ensure that the quality of the work is executed in accordance with the approved drawings and specification.
11. Preparing Bar bending schedule (BBS), Variation report, As built drawings for approvals.
12. Maintaining records of concrete testing for temperature, air content workability (slump test), compressive strength test for 7 days and 28 days.
13. Maintain a cordial relationship with the Client and consultant so as start to finish the Project in the projected time period.
14. Preparing of all material submittals accordingly project specification & B.O.Q.
15. Maintaining progress records, inspection records etc.
16. Supervising all the Structural & Civil works accordingly specification & approved shop drawings.
17. Inspects and allow to utilize all materials delivered to site for the project activities are approved as per projects specifications and approved samples.
