- Mission to Saudi Oger engineering office in Philippines. Built a team capable of producing shop drawings (400 dwgs/week) by recruiting engineers, assuring in-house coordination, coordinating with head office in Riyadh, following up and monitoring progress of production to guaranteed adherence to the standards and objectives met.
- Back to Saudi Arabia: Ensured approval of shop drawings (Structure, Archi and MEP), prepared tender documents, requested materials based on BOQ’s and site needs, followed up with procurement regarding orders and coordinated with vendors and logistic department for delivery.
- Conducted weekly coordination meetings between sub-contractors and suppliers involved in the project (Civil, MEP, wooden & metal works, Elevators…) to clear outstanding issues.
- Prioritized and organized work activities in a constantly rush environment to meet daily and weekly schedules.
- Supported site project managers and engineers regarding any technical queries in design or delivered materials.
- Performed presentations, cost analysis and value engineering for client/consultant approval.
- Assigned and supervised project engineers (MEP, Architect, Structure and Decorators).

- King Abdullah Project for Development of Security Forces Head Quarters - KAP1. Consists of 305 sites - ($2 Billion). Consultant: Khatib & Alami
- King Abdullah City for Atomic & Renewable Energy-Exhibition Center & Head Quarter Offices.($80 Million)

Recruiting engineers, assuring in-house coordination, coordination with head office in Riyadh, following up and monitoring progress of production in detail to ensure quality services, adherence to the standards and objectives met.
Project: Princess Noura University in Riyadh, KSA ($3.5 Billion)
- Worked on the bid of Princess Noura University project.
- Reviewed contract documents from the consultant and produced the missing design.
- Prepared a list of queries and held meetings with the consultant to clarify grey areas.
- Produced BOQ's and performed value engineering reports.
- Mission to Lebanon to establish Saudi Oger Beirut office that acted as a connection point between Dar Al-Handasah, Saudi Oger production branches and the site offices of PNU project in Riyadh.
- Coordinated material submittals, shop drawings and technical queries with the consultant (Worked on PCM-Primavera Contract Management).
- Subcontracted, managed and coordinated the works of the assigned design offices.
- Harmonized electrical systems with other disciplines such as: EIB, BMS and electrical SCADA.
