Project Management - Design
Preliminary data collection & Proposal Preparation; Collect the required data from client, project stakeholders, and sponsors, to develop the WBS, resources allocation, sub-contractor requirements, project deliverables schedule, work plan, technical proposal, and financial proposal.
Project Take Off & Execution; Planning, coordination and directing the project development activities; establishing and maintaining the work plan; monitoring and controlling overall man-hours consumption and schedule of activities related to all parties involved including sub-contractors.
Communication, and Documentation: Develop the project communication plans between the client, sub-contractors, and the firm; with defined communication protocol in order to obtain decisions and secure acceptance/approval, participating in project review meetings for tracking project progress Ensure proper filling of all data related to the project.
Coordination, with external agencies, clients & sub-consultants for design, specs & change management, and keep record of work progress and any associated payments or fees.
Project Deliverables QA&QC, Ensure compliance to contractual obligations and client requirements and deliverables meet the approved standards through all design stages (Concept, Schematic, Design development, Final design and tender preparation), by developing the QC/QA plans and continuously monitor related activities to guarantee that they are conducted correctly and on schedule up to the Tender Documentation, Drawings and final (BOQ).
Project Management - Site Supervision
• Assist the Director of Project Management & Operations in evaluation, negotiation and selection of contractors for the development and management of project.
• Assist formulating effective site plans and project strategies to ensure that hired contractors work effectively.
• Ensure that the construction phase is following the terms and specifications that were agreed and report any deviations from the construction plan.
• Responsible for regular follow up on quality and safety measurements at project site.
• Ensure that project resources are effectively utilized and critical milestones are met in accordance to the project objectives.
• Prepare progress/status reports for all Project Construction activities and submit them for review.
• Conduct the sites staff in order to audit the work of contractors and ensure quality of workmanship and adherence to engineering standards of work.
• Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions and variation orders review and validation.
• Establishing and implementing material and sample approval
• Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately in hardcopy & electronic formats.
• Ensure Complete handover to Business Units and Facilities Management operations.

Projects Executed
- Design of 1 million square meter development project for the Ministry of Interior- MOI
As Project Manager, Scope is to provide complete Consultancy and Project Management services for Architectural/ Engineering and Infrastructure Design, for various development projects for different sectors of the Ministry of interior. Managed projects for 30 sites, total built up area of 1 Million square meters, in KSA
- Consultancy Services for Various Hospital Renovation & Development Projects for King Faisal Specialized Hospital in Riyadh
As Project Manager, Scope is to provide the complete consultancy services, Architectural/ Engineering Design and project management services for various hospital renovation and development projects within the King Faisal Specialized Hospital & Research center (KFSHRC) in Riyadh
- King Abdul Aziz International Airport - KAIA
As Project Coordinator, ZFP was appointed as Main Consultant/Designer by ADPI, to provide the complete consultancy services for Architectural/ Engineering, Site studies, and Infrastructure Design Production services. Handled responsibilities as PC for the MEP scope related to the Passengers Terminal Building PTB.
Developed the schematic design drawings produced by ADPI into Construction drawings and tender documents, ensuring compliance to all local codes and standards.
- King Abdullah Program for Development of the Security Forces (KAP02)
As Validation Project Manager, ZFP was assigned by Saudi Oger Ltd-SOL (Main Contractor) as the design consultant to provide the complete consultancy services, Architectural/ Engineering Design, Site studies, Infrastructure Design services for various development projects, with various land usages related to the different sectors in the Ministry of interior. Total BUA of 4.5 Million square meter, and total number of sites of 41, distributed in all regions in the Kingdome. Handled responsibilities as project manager for the validation team which was accountable for reviewing and validating all design submittals and to process all approvals related to the design.
- King Abdullah Civic Centre in Dammam (KACC)
As Project Manager, Scope is to provide the complete consultancy services for Architectural/ Engineering, Site studies, and Infrastructure Design Production services for this new facility which contains Two Hotels, Three Multiuse Convention Halls, Library, Shopping Mall, and Museum, BUA of 1 million m2

Oversee the tendering and proposal preparations for multi million dollar tenders and handle final negotiations.
