Am a fisheries assistant responsible for;
1. Assist the fisheries Officer in the delivery of fisheries services in the Sub-county.
2. Ensure that fish operators are licensed.
3. Ensure public health and hygiene in fish trade.
4. Participate in collection fisheries statistics and data.
5. Prepare and disseminate reports to the Fisheries Officer.
6.Ensuring quality assurance of fish for human and animal consumption
7.Receiving money and issuing receipts to fishermen after payment of revenue.
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices
Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents
Coordinate project deliverables
Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking
Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for senior members of the company
Provide administrative support for operations team
Monitor the production of staff
1. Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
2. Communicate with customers to resolve complaints or ensure satisfaction.
3. Collect payments from customers.
4. Process customer bills or payments.
5. Take customer orders.
6. Take orders from patrons for food or beverages.
7. Serve specialty dishes at tables as required.
