•Oversee third party contractor carry out integrity activities (Cathodic Protection, UT, Intelligent Pigging and Wall thickness check) on the pipeline.
•Prepare and submit to Head Pipelines weekly activity progress report.
•Conduct and supervise routine pigging, venting and condensate evacuation within the Gas Transmission Station.
•Prepare Right of Way contractors’ payment schedule for surveillance and maintenance of the ROW.
•Populate the annual GTS Integrity and Inspection Plan and submit to Head pipelines for review and approval.

Client: Nigeria LNG. Project: CONDNSATE KNOCK-OUT VESSEL INSTALLATION.

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Act as Company representative to ensure design work meets Company standards and relevant international/industry codes.
•Coordinate/Conduct routine and continuous Gas testing and monitoring with a PGM at Gas Transmission Stations and location of work.
•Coordinate task needed for Project execution including survey, Permit issuance, procedure/job hazard reviews, installation procedure and testing.
•Developed a system to help identify any issue that would impede progress of the project, repot to senior project coordinator and follow up on close out timely.
•Inspect and supervised high risk excavation within live facility to accommodate the knock-out vessel and 292m drain line pipe laying.
•Supervised the installation of LEVOLUX structural/shelter fitting for the vessel cover, and welding activities within the facility.
•Identifying and documenting of anomalies, non-conformities detected and ensuring adequate close-out is carried out.
•Prepare and present daily reports, weekly reports, and construction progress reports as required.

•Inspect and Oversee contractors’ safety activities on site, follow up on corrective and preventive actions, emergency response plan and assist in safety trainings, inductions and orientation.
•Identify, evaluate and develop hazard control methods and practices in the workplace.
•Develop methods of ensuring existing facilities within and outside the Gas transmission nodes are not affected during ROW clearing and preparation.
•Control and manage the application of electronic PTW for all activities on the project and ensuring the conditions set are adhered to in the course of work.
•Represent NLNG at weekly/monthly meetings, construction progress meetings, and safety committee meetings.
•Managed PTW, Supervised and monitored the HOT-TAP activities and welding of “Split-T” on NLNG 28” pipe within UBETA node.
•Monitored the preparations and plans for pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up of pipeline, mechanical equipment packages and metering analyzer.
•Monitor as-built documentation prepared by contractor for close-out reports.
•Maintain pipeline records of all existing pipelines in order to avoid unplanned pipeline crossing.
