Key Accountabilities:
• Drove project excellence by providing monthly project strategy recommendations to enhance project value, ensuring efficient use of project resources (material and labor), adherence to agreed timelines/project specification, and the provision of high quality, reliable and responsive services.
• Responsible for technical oversight to design, reviewing shop drawings and approvals required for specific projects. Tracking project performance and preparation of monthly and weekly updates.
• Provided high level of interface for weekly concrete order, formwork structural inspections as well as reviewing and tracking of RFI
• Attended technical meetings and mediated with project stakeholders (architects, engineers, consultants, MEP contractors and other subcontractors) engaged in project as well as appropriate levels of management to obtain approval signatures, while aiming at satisfying the highest common interest.
• Established work plan and staffing for each phase of project, and arranged evacuation of C5 extension podium works, while ensuring both safety of the facility and timely completion
• Maintained accurate project documentation including remedial works, engineers’ instruction and variation orders; in addition to managing shop drawings, finishing activity and QA/QC matters.
• Significantly contribution in achieving all project milestones as per project specifications & schedule as well as successfully resolving unexpected delays and emergencies at the site.

Scope: Construction of Three main theme districts Sustainability, Opportunity and Mobility and the three Plaza buildings covering more than 220000 square meter floor area
Project Accountabilities:
• Instrumental in supporting the FastTrack delivery of the project in liaison with the Landscape Subcontractor and enabling a quick inspection of the external area from DCD and DM of Opportunity district
• Managing day-to-day operational aspects of construction projects and making sure budgets, timescales and project specifications are met
• Fostering effective coordination and communication between the subcontractors for various finishes in the external area and with the design team and site team for design issues.
• Empowered the MEP Subcontractor to efficiently deliver the job in a FastTrack way in the last five pavilion buildings and AL Wasl PLaza of Mobility district and obtained a speedy unified inspection from DCD and DM of mobility district.
• Instrumental in finalizing the consultant comments to obtain TOC for Mobility District and for AL Wasl plaza building.
• Performing comprehensive site management for various civil works and seeking approval for the same from respective managers. Observing snagging and de snagging of buildings for consultant and FM team prior to final handing over
• Updating and monitoring the progress of work on weekly basis to make sure that there is no slippage of schedule from the set target.
Monitoring project schedules and milestones for various disciplines and preparing periodic work progress reports
• Providing fit-out support to exhibition halls of pavilion buildings for expo 2020, while surpassing standards of quality.

Scope: Project contains two prime office buildings - one 12-storey and the other eight storey - that will have a combined built-up area of 182, 500 square metres and total concrete quantity of over 95000 cum
• Jan 2017 - Dec 2018: DWTC-P1A5-AC-606 (720 million AED project) - Second Phase
Scope: Integrated mixed used real estate development comprising 535, 000 square metres of gross floor area located between the current Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre and Jumeriah Emirates Towers in the heart of the city’s Central Business District. This second phase comprises two Grade A office properties of G+8 and G+12 and one link building connecting the Two towers at Ground floor and Podium for the Dubai world trade centre Phase-2 project, with a total gross floor area of 96, 000 square metres
• Feb 2015 - Dec 2016: DWTC-P1A2-AC-590 (375 million AED project)
Scope: Dubai World Trade Centre Phase 1A2 project of DTCD development, which comprises an 8 storey office building and a 588 room business hotel operated by the Accor Group under the Ibis flag which spread around 1, 46, 000 sqm, mixed used development
Key Project to Credit:
• Project: Excel Public School Mahe (15 CR INR) /Client: EPS
• Scope: Monitoring, coordinating and controlling works of the contractor for the three storied School building (75, 000 sqft).
Key Accountabilities:
• Served as a client engineer and coordinated daily activities and ensured compliance with required quality, approved shop drawings and timely availability of material.
• Checked the drawings provided by various design consultants and integrated them in the project
• Discussed with various disciplines (Civil, MEP, Interior Design Contractors) for technicalities and strategies for timely completion of site work, responsible for Project Cost / Quality control and analysis for site activities.
• Attended regular meeting on daily, weekly, monthly basis & prepared periodic progress reports.
• Coordinated for Billing and settlement of Payment of all contractors, kept clients informed of construction progress in the long term interest of the company.
• Directed and controlled the total construction project to meet specifications and within the allotted time schedule in an efficient manner to produce the expected profit.
