With a revenue of 250M in 2018, EHS is a leading healthcare solutions integrator in the region. My responsibilities and achievements include:
• Tasked with leading Business Analysis, Project Management, Organizational Risk Assessment, Customer Experience Management, Process Re-engineering and Continuous Process Improvement efforts.
• Lead Sales & Operational Planning process via Demand Review Meetings & Forecasts.
• Successful implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Manage Oracle Fusion and Salesforce change requests via formal change management approach.
• Conducted Process Audits across Lead To Sale, Procure To Pay and Order To Cash processes.
Serving over 70, 000 meals a day across UAE, Intercat has been a leading industrial caterer in the region for the last two decades. Reporting to the CEO, my responsibilities include:
• Tasked with leading group-wide Business Analysis, Project Management, Organizational Change, Customer Experience Management, Project Re-engineering and Continuous Process Improvement efforts across the Group’s business activities in catering, banqueting and restaurants.
• Identify, quantify, prioritize and present process improvement opportunities to the Board members.
• Realized project benefits across HRMS, Menu Management, Waste Management, Website Redesign, Digital Media, Social Media, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Performance Management System.
• Completion of organization wide process documentation, audits and thorough analysis to identify revenue models and improvement opportunities from time, cost & customer experience standpoint
• Successfully implemented and certified the company towards ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 22000:2005, and HACCP.
• Establish measurable KPIs to align them to the Corporate Strategic Plan via a Balanced Scorecard approach.
• Provided best practice Quality & Internal Audit methodology for the business.
• Translate business priorities into Human Resources strategies, plans and actions.
• Led internal audit functions ranging from risk assessment, departmental process and target compliance.
• Temporarily assigned to lead the Human Resources Department by contributing to a high level of human resource generalist knowledge, talent acquisition, succession/workforce planning, payroll, performance management and development of employees.

Dubai Customs is a Government body that facilitates trade and help secure the integrity of Dubai’s borders. I’m extremely proud to have played a key role in Mirsal 2 (Dubai Customs’ Declaration Processing System). Mirsal 2 was found to be the best Customs system while USA system was ranked second - Source: http://www.ameinfo.com/195363.html). Highlights so far:
• Published a Business Process Improvement Methodology that leverages Lean Management, Balanced Scorecard and Lean Six Sigma to facilitate a people oriented approach with less bureaucracy to implement process improvement initiatives.
• Identified cost savings of over AED70, 000 during an improvement initiative within the Recruitment process by using the abovementioned methodology.
• Managed & led several core process improvement project initiatives that entailed understanding current state operations, analyzing them and defining new business processes, procedures, policies, change management to underpin Dubai Strategic Plan 2015. Few projects include: Client Registration, Declaration Processing, Risk Engine, Risk Mitigation, Cargo Reconciliation, and others to secure Dubai’s borders, protect revenue and facilitate trade.
• Ensured all initiatives are executed as per Dubai Customs’ Enterprise Architecture framework, GCC Laws and Dubai Government’s risk / security guidelines.
• Recruitment of candidates for the Business Process Department.

• Liaise with third party IT vendors for the delivery of IT products and services to supplement project specific requirements, execute contracts, assess new technology, report its suitability and when directed test and implement Business/IT systems. Ongoing audits for compliance and effectiveness of business systems.
