•Organize the Weekly Meeting with the Bank’s bancassurance management (in respect with a predefined agenda and methodology) to analyze the position given from the MIS in order to control and track the overall sales indicators of the bank, areas - As, branches - IS vs the business plan, propose actions, etc..
•Organize and participate to sales (Area Supervisors weekly meeting) and Marketing meetings as well as to Working Groups, and other instances, so that to better organize, enrich and improve the overall performances of the branches.
•Handling clients complaints with coordination along with the bank's insurance department and Allianz operation department.
•To participate in the conception of new projects, from the generation of new ideas, their selection, up to their step by step development so as to manage efficiently each project.
•To control and report on regular basis and according to defined rules about the sales achievements of the Bank, areas, branches as well as on the status of each project to the Head of Bancassurance.
•Work out a plan to regularly visit, analyze and assess the quality of the work of each area - AS, branch - IS, propose corrective actions and follow up in order to progressively increase the productivity (Number of policies sold, average productivity, etc..) and the quality of the sales (reduce number of cancellations, improve the renewal rate, organize regular client reviews, etc.)
•Organize regular sales meetings with the AS - IS in respect with a predefined agenda and methodology so that to communicate directly the strategy, management feedback, etc. and develop a team spirit.
•Develop good and efficient relations with the management of the branches as well as the upper management, notably in charge of Bancassurance, so that to be able to cooperate and improve the overall performance of the branches and ISs.

13.Use the data produced by the Bancassurance Unit and more specifically the Management Report to control and track on regular basis the overall sales indicators of the branches under each IS
14.Report to the Head of Bancassurance sales the main conclusions derived from points 1 and 2 so as to be able to identify other ways, for example training, new marketing tools, etc. to improve the overall performance of sales within the branches under their supervision.
15.Organize regular sales meetings with the ISs in respect with a predefined agenda and methodology so that to develop a team spirit
16.Closely monitor the implementation and results brought by key tools such as the Incentive scheme for the bank staff, the Allianz Championship, Marketing tools and Marketing Plans.
17.Participate with the management of the Bancassurance Unit to the Sales and Marketing, meetings as well as to Working Groups, and other instances, so that to better organize, enrich and improve the overall performances of the branches and ISs.
18.Develop good and efficient relations with the management of the branches as well as the upper management, notably in charge of the Bancassurance development, so that to be able to cooperate and improve the overall performance of the branches and ISs.
