Responsible for the Quality and Compliance Assurance in Egypt Centres across all British Council Exams Products for Prestest, Test Day, Post Test Procedures as well as Exams Staff Safe Recruitment and Training.

Responsible for the Quality and Compliance Assurance on British Council examinations operations running in the Middle East and North Africa, as Assistant to the Regional Compliance Lead for MENA.

Was responsible for managing and running the Staffing and Personnel issues of the IGCSE examinations running in the District of New Cairo

Receiving and executing non cash transactions such as cheques, demand drafts, cashier’s orders and telegraphic transfers in addition to back office account settling and balancing. The function involved catering to high volume and value transactions, catering to 200 transactions per day. Work was under tight deadlines and cutoff times. This role involved a heavy multitasking element and advanced customer service skills. I have undergone Anti Money Laundering (AML) Training and had these procedures as an integral part of my work.
