•Understanding clients' needs and the needs of the people using the building, developing design concepts in consultation with the client and establishing final briefs.
•Developing initial ideas and acquiring key information about potential projects, discussing requirements in detail with clients (the brief) and setting project schedules.

•Generally responsible for implementations of all decoration works at site.
•Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools … etc., required for all decoration works prior to execution.
•Plans and analyses all possible execution methodologies and recommends the best options to the Project Manager for approval prior to execution at site.
• Interprets decoration drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.
•Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the decoration work groups at site.
•Plans the execution of all decoration related works and coordinates the works to electrical and mechanical groups.
•Monitors the actual physical works at site.
•Coordinates with Client / Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works.
