specifications, drawings, coordination with planning engineer for base line construction schedule
and weekly/monthly look ahead schedules, sending enquiries to obtain the quotations of the
subcontract items, preparation of comparison statement for the subcontract items, calculating of
quantities and placing material orders including follow-ups of deliveries, daily planning with
foreman/charge hands for the next day activities and areas of concern, supervision and follow ups of
civil works according to drawings and specifications, implementation of quality controlled
procedures, progress monitoring according to base line schedules for timely completion of the
project, calculating quantities for making monthly progress reports/monthly invoices, checking of
subcontractors invoices for final settlements, checking and calculating variations for claims/final
settlements, attending progress meetings with the client/main contractor.
