Following are my Job responsibilities:
• Initiate and implement safety measures in work area.
• Inspect work area premises for hazardous elements.
• Educate workers and employees on safety aspects.
• Establish and manage first aid center in work premises.
• Strictly adhere to corporate safety guidelines and procedures.
• Advise and instruct on various safety related topics ( noise levels, use of machinery etc)
• Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventive measures.
• Initiate and organize OHS training of employees.
• Inspect premises and the work of personal to identify issues or non conformity ( eg: not using protective equipment)
• Oversee installations, maintenance, operation of machinery etc.
• Record and investigate incidents to determine causes.
• Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management.

• Identify the training needs for the staff at all level.
• Assisting engineering team for preparation of method statement and risk assessment.
• Conducting HSE meeting for and attending the project HSE Committee meeting.
• Conducting active and reactive monitoring.
• Conducting detailed investigation for lost time injuries and major accident.
• Inspecting the construction plan in accordance with guideline given by the HSE management system
• Monthly HSE auditing with Project HSE Committee.
• Preparing Project HSE document in accordance with the internal HSE Five star Auditing system.
• Conducting Fire drill and Emergency evacuation in every three month.
• Conducting internal fire responds training for the delegated emergency crews.
• Issuing and coordinating with the permit to work system for Confined space, HOT work, Excavation, Electrical and Radioactive test.
• Coordination with the Divisional manager and QHSE manager pertaining to the Health and Safety
• Matters.

• Responsible to effectively entertain guest complaints and take active steps to improve the complaint solving time, complaints include plumbing, electrical related issues faced by guest in rooms/offices/banquets/restaurants and any other related areas.
