Participate in hiring processes of new PSCs
Assist in training, mentoring and orienting new staff
• Co-develop and organize orientation schedule and materials
• Co-facilitate counseling groups with staff
• Regularly attend Senior and Interdisciplinary Team Coordinator meetings
Facilitate interdisciplinary team case discussions and collaboration
• Serve on at least one committee, working groups, and or task force. Ensure that the reporting And documentation of these processes is completed and minutes of meetings are filed and Disseminated to the clinical team
• •Support and supervise the PSC assistants through the provision of technical guidance through reviewing challenging or complex cases with the teams, as well as appropriate distribution of tasks within the team. Ensure that staff implement and respect best practices, and protocols.
•With the support of the PSC, respond to any crisis situations and high-risk cases that require additional support (complex cases, clients with suicidal thoughts/plan)
Dealing with the protection status of children and women at risk.
Preparing a model for assessing dangerous cases such as suicide, self-harm, and others
Contribute to the development of a manual for adolescent children.
