In Talent Acquisition dept., I am working to make sure that the right people - with the right talent and capability - are in place at the right time, to help the organization achieve its goals. Source appropriate pool of talents, and manage processes for succession and talent identification. I expect to make sure that all activities relating to the sourcing and management of talent are conducted ethically, legally and fairly.
- consulting with the head of departments to determine if requirements are being met in terms of recruitment services.
-complete the candidate’s pre-employment formalities such as medical check, academic and experience certificates.
-sourcing for resumes and conduct the first interview via phone.
- Arranging interview and scheduling it with the concern person.
- Arranging for English and psychometric test for the candidates.
- Print, share the test results and prepare interview report file for the interviewer.
- Prepare job offer approval, job offer and contracts.
- Assist in organizing mass Saudi recruitment hiring campaign.
-Maintain employee details in SAP after registering them in GOSI.
-Handling in-house training programs plus external training programs and all it’s documentation regarding registration, evaluation, payments.
-Administrate and facilitate the E-Learning from the scratch.
- Assist in automatization process for HR.

-coordinate for yearly performance appraisal and maintain proper documentation.
- Handling all saudization hiring starting with job posting sourcing and screening for candidates.
- partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
- complete all files and ensure candidates’s documents are accurate, through reviewing their personal information/certificates and completing reference and background check.
- prepare job offer approval, job offer, and contract.
- schedule interviews, either telephonic, skype or as usual the personal interview.
- calculate then propose salary break-up.
- prepare increment list based on site evaluation.
- prepare organizational chart “organogram” for all functions and departments and draw the organograms on Visio professional.
· Specialized in handling one major area in training which is In-House technical courses for all SABIC affiliate.
· Handling the external In-Kingdom courses for the technical programs for all SABIC affiliate in terms of program management, registration and payment.
· Learning consultant for SABIC employees to respond to their training needs and inquiries.
