#My_responsibility was:

- Purchase/supply of products/materials.

- Send RFQ “request of quotation” to the supplier.

- Determine the lowest cost for products/materials.

- Manage supply base, Source, vendors; negotiate contracts and costs.

- Track and record orders, Receive orders.

- Generate reports and procurement analysis for the team.

- Checking of the requirements of import the products which is under MOI & MOC & SFDA.

- Apply to License from MOC, MOI, SFDA.

- Track and record the shipments, ensure of receive the documents and checking the ETD “estimated time of deparcher and ETA”estimated time of arrival.

- follow up with broker and shipping agents for clearing process and ensure of receive the material in our store.

- checking the stock and communicate with warehouse officer.
