• Assisted the PI/External relations unit in arranging and accompanying VIP field missions that included Presidents, Prime Ministers, Ministers, MPs, Ambassadors from many countries in addition to UN head of agencies, journalists, and celebrities.
• Provided guidance to the Registration Unit on matters of protection, eligibility and assistance.
• Conducted in-depth civilian character protection interviews. Counselled refugees on UNHCR protection services.
