Collaborate with Architects & Design Manager to ensure & deliver effectively architectural concepts. Manage in preparing drawings needed for approvals as well as for site Construction Team. Furthermore, review checked & Coordinate drawings/materials submitted by sub contractors & suppliers for finalization.

Prime role is to ensure the submission and approval of Shop drawings/As-built Drawings to the Consultant, to be issued for construction/as per construction. Also, to send/answer queries during the stage of construction assuring the materials and drawings are as per approved and as per the updated approved design. And lastly, to monitor on site and coordinate with other discipline to execute properly and accordingly.

Responsible in Drafting, & Detailing Shop drawings to be submitted to the consultant for approval to be used in construction. Update drawings as per consultants comments for construction and documentation. Assists and conducting coordination drawings as per site condition. Moreover assists in submitting progress and status reports.

Assists the Project engineer/Project Inspector upon the supervision of projects, as well as Inspection/surveys Provide drawings and details for approval to be used in construction. Updating Progress Status Reports as per program of work and Specification.

Team up with an Architect & Client for the development of design for Residential & Health Buildings. Prepare & Ensure the production of drawings to be submitted for building officials to obtain Building Permits for Construction.
