Report Daily to Project Manager and make weekly report
Keeping of records of ISO files and ensure that records are properly maintained, updated and remain traceable
Responsible for releasing report, corrective and preventive actions with regards to safety and health
Daily issuing permit Hot work and cold work, daily site visit
Keeping records and monitor all the equipments and training for third party certification.
Conduct weekly safety meetings for all foreman contractor and subcontractor concerning safety, health and environment.
Implementation of HSE policy
Daily visible monitoring of exhaust and dust emission at site
Near miss and Accident reporting and investigation as well
Responsible for safety induction for the newly hired employees
Ensures compliance with government health and safety regulations
Responsible for the monitoring of diesel, water, solid/liquid waste management, paper consumption, plastic etc
Making closing report to Tecom as per site audit
Give toolbox talk for the people as per job requirement and give disciplinary action as well

Report to Safety Engineer and HSE Manager
Supervise the adherence of safety procedures at site and conduct daily inspection of firefighting equipment
Work effectively under pressure with employees in all levels
Responsible for the foolproof safety norms and procedures at site and ensuring complete safety at site
Responsible in providing assistance with implementation of OHS program, procedures, workshops and training
Responsible for establishing, implementing and maintaining safety and health requirements of the company
Conduct safety and health training, assessment and audits. Health and safety orientations
Responsible for safety induction for the newly hired employees and maintain road safety when needed
Conduct and participate in job safety meeting, assist health and hygiene of people
Attend monthly meeting of all safety officers and safety engineers conducted by Dubai Municipality
Ensures compliance with government health and safety regulations
