▪ Responsible for monitoring nationalization and talent acquisition process including sourcing, screening, selection, job offers, employment contracts, on-boarding, and ensure that recruitment is completed in a timely manner and on boarding process continues to fill all vacancies.

▪ Monitoring and managing team performance, terminations, investigations, disciplinary actions.

▪ Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate completion of HR tasks and adhering to MOL law.

▪ Supporting departments heads/managers on appropriate actions regarding queries or when issues arise.

▪ Working in partnership with finance, GR, legal, and ops teams to ensure best practice and win/win terms.

Responsible for all staff services including; bank letters, experience letters and NOCs.
