● Partnered with cross-functional project team including FinTech product engineers, designers, QA, paralegal and client team to define project’s business case, objectives, scope, key success factors and set deliverables timeline
● Supported sales teams during the pre-contract/bid phase with inputs related to scope, budget risks & quality
