• Coordinate with the TMM to ensure achievement in budget in market sales, shipment, brand profitability and inventory levels by brand
• Monitor and track IMS performance by brand, region and channel and take the corrective actions.
• Present monthly and quarterly sales operations plans and key opportunities in coordination with TMM, KAM and RSM
• Reduce impact of short expiry products
• Manage and report all relevant brand spends and ensure to keep within budget to achieve objectives on monthly basis
