Setup Digital Transformation which focuses on building best in class in-house team to digitally transform

• Manage the IT Service-Desk Team catering head office, regional office, store, e-commerce and warehouse
• Measure, track and improve the overall services offered to our internal stakeholders through daily, weekly
and monthly service deliver reports to business and leadership team.

• Defining the standard operating procedures (SOP) to effectively handle the IT issues.
• Work closely with key business stakeholders to understand and document the scope of work of IT.
• Working on Onsite-Offshore model with minimal impact to business operations expenses drastically.
• Engage with key business stakeholders in driving end-end customer centric solutions like Wooqer,
ChatBot/AI solution, Loyalty promotions etc.
